Introduction
By purchasing the PMM Accelerator - Basic On-Demand package, participating in the PMM Accelerator - Pro Package or participating in the PMM Accelerator - Pro Package Testimonial Discount Bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or participating in the Programs. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or participate in the Programs.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any part of the PMM Accelerator LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). The Terms apply to all participants, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, and customers.
PMM Accelerator - Basic On-Demand: This program provides participants with access to the following:

PMM Accelerator - Pro Package: This program includes all the features of the Basic On-Demand program as well as:
8 weekly coaching sessions to be completed over a 2-month period from the date of purchase.
Each client is entitled to one session per week. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule all sessions within the designated timeframe.
Missed or skipped sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or make-up.
Holiday Breaks: No sessions will be held from November 23–30 or December 21–January 4.
For Pro Package clients whose program overlaps with these dates, every effort will be made to accommodate the full number of sessions, either by scheduling two sessions within one week or arranging a make-up session at the earliest possible date.
Make-up sessions will only be provided in connection with the above holiday break. Sessions missed for any other reason remain non-transferable and non-refundable.
Revised LinkedIn profile (available only within the 2-month period post-purchase regardless of holiday dates above). No revisions after that period. Please allow between 24-72 hours for async revisions.

This package is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a public testimonial. With this testimonial discount applied, all participants in this program agree to providing a public testimonial via a short YouTube video and public quote on the website if they have a positive experience in the program.
PMM Accelerator Program – Express Mock Interview Session: The Express Mock Interview Session is a one-time, focused session designed to help you practice and refine your interview skills. This offering includes:
One (1) 30-minute mock interview session conducted via Google Meet. Clients are limited to one session per week.
Please note: This session exclusively focuses on mock interview questions and answers. It does not include guidance, feedback, or advice on take-home assignments, including but not limited to go-to-market decks, presentations, resumes, or LinkedIn profiles.
This session does not provide access to materials included in the PMM Accelerator – Basic On-Demand Package, the PMM Accelerator – Pro Package, or the PMM Accelerator – Pro Package Testimonial Discount Bundle.
Resume or LinkedIn profile revisions, portfolio support, or assistance with take-home assignments are not included.
All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed securely via Podia Payments, and you are responsible for any transaction fees. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. Currently, we use Stripe, Inc. as our Payment Processor. You can access Stripe’s Terms of Service at https://stripe.com/us/checkout/legal and their Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED for any reason. No refunds are given based on completion, access, or participation.
Participants receive access via Podia. Access is limited to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You agree not to copy, distribute, or share any content—including videos, templates, decks, and PDFs—without express written permission.
You may download one (1) copy of any materials. This provides a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license. This license does not permit:
Use for commercial purposes or public display.
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer content.
Removing copyright or proprietary notices.
Transferring or mirroring materials on other servers.
This license is automatically terminated if you violate these terms, and you must destroy any downloaded materials upon termination.
Programs are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Results are not guaranteed; participation is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMM Accelerator LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from participating in the programs, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Materials may be changed at any time. No guarantee is made of accuracy or completeness. PMM Accelerator is not responsible for content on external linked sites or endorsing them.
PMM Accelerator LLC reserves the right to terminate access to any package at any time, with or without notice or cause. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
Terms may be updated or modified without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Programs, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Programs or violation of the Terms.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be stricken, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and the Programs and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
