  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and portfolio content (Pro Package participants only).

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to the Programs you purchase.

  • Deliver coaching, resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio support (Pro Package only).

  • Process payments securely through Podia Payments.

  • Communicate with you regarding your participation.

  • Improve our Programs, services, and materials.

  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information only in the following situations:

  • With third-party service providers (e.g., Podia, payment processors) to deliver services.

  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.

  • If our business is transferred through merger, acquisition, or sale.

We do not share participant resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or portfolio materials with employers, recruiters, or other third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your information is stored securely using Podia and other reputable service providers.

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of personal information.

  • However, no online system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

  • Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the Programs and comply with legal obligations.

  • Resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio materials submitted under the Pro Package will be deleted after the two-month engagement period unless you request otherwise.

6. Cookies & Tracking

  • Our hosting platform (Podia) may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance your experience.

  • You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Programs may not function properly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

  • Withdraw consent where applicable.
